Stan Jensen has been a top producing broker in the East Bay for over forty years! After seven years in real estate, Stan opened JBS Real Estate in 1976 built upon his trademark of personalized service and his unparalleled expertise in the local market.

Stan has a keen understanding of property values especially in a changing market. Stan shares with his clients his own varied experience as a real estate investor having bought, redesigned, renovated, and sold many of his own properties over the years. A veteran of many of his own residential and investment transactions, he knows first hand how stressful the process can be and works tirelessly to mitigate these stresses for his clients.

Stan joined the real estate industry shortly after graduating from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. As an independent real estate professional he has been a constant multi-million dollar producer and noted expert in the local market. In-depth knowledge of the East Bay, surrounding areas and select out-of-state areas, valuable financial expertise, and strong negotiating skills are a sampling of the services Stan brings to his clients.

Fifth generation Hayward, Stan has been a resident of Alameda County throughout his life and has maintained a home in the Hayward Hills for over 39 years. He shares his home with his wife of over 38 years Candyse, who also does all the staging for JBS Real Estate, their yellow Labrador and two cats. Stan and Candyse are empty nesters. Their daughter Jaime lives and sells real estate in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Their son Joel works in the creative culinary world at Google's Main Campus in Mountain View, California.

Stan is both a business and family man. He enjoys spending time with his family in the Hayward Hills as well as retreating to his country cabin in Northern California. Stan is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys all types of sports including hunting and fishing with his yellow Labrador, Ted. His other interests include flying and vintage cars.
